Gamification for business: from game strategy to business strategy - 21 April 2016

Gamification, according to Brian Burke (Gartner) is "The use of game mechanics and experience design to motivate people digitally and to commit to their to achieve goals." Companies can create their own with the help of gamification targets in line with those of getting employees, customers or business relevance communities. If gamification is used correctly, this can lead to behavior change, innovation and the development of skills with these employees and other key stakeholders.
