Getting Started with stevia - Spring 2012 (February / March)

The sweetening components from the stevia plant, steviolglycosides, will soon be allowed in Europe.

To support companies in their product development, Flanders' FOOD organises an information session where, amongst others,  practical experiences from the Stevia research will be discussed.
