Hand’s on Sales Workshop: How to redesign your sales process - July 24th

On July 24th hosts the new conference of Regis Lemmens about how to redesign your sales process into a added value.

An event for sales leaders in the ICT Industry to reflect on their sales processes and rethink them. Learn how to better define your customers need and better respond to them with training with our notorious sales expert, Regis Lemmens.

By the end of this ‘boot camp’, the participants will be able to:

  • Conduct strategic interviews with their customers
  • Analyse the job their customers have to complete
  • Identify all the relevant stakeholders and analyse their role and value add
  • Map out the customer journey when completing their job
  • Link their customer’s jobs with forms of value co-creation
  • Design systems that enables collaboration between stakeholders
  • Pitch their new sales approach in a persuasive way
  • When redesigning their sales approaches to maximise their added value
