Intellectual property, traceability and the counterfeiting of 3D printable objects - 12 February 2015

On 12 February 2015, Sirris and FPS Economy and its Directorate-General of Economic Regulation responsible for the Belgian Office for Intellectual Property (OPRI), along with a series of international partners, are organizing an afternoon in Brussels on 3D printing and counterfeiting to deal with the issues and risks confronted by creators, industrial designers and manufacturing companies in the context of the rise of the technologies of 3D printing and additive manufacturing.

You work in the field of 3D printing, you manufacture products with additive manufacturing techniques, you are creators of objects and product designers interested in on-demand manufacturing? Then take a look at the programme of this afternoon workshop and register now to learn more on the direct interdependency of 3D printing with the legal standards (legislation, doctrines, jurisprudence, etc.) and the emerging technologies intended for the traceability of printable objects and their protection against counterfeiting.

This seminar is bilingual French-English.
