Session 1: (Re) view of your position in the value as a springboard to growth - Tuesday, April 17, 2012 (16h-19h)
Competitive advantage can be achieved only by looking at the organization as part of a value chain, more specifically at the processes that the organization implements to value for its customers. It is therefore of crucial strategic importance that innovative ideas are linked at the potential impact on the position of the company in the value (s) in which it resides. On the other hand companies can infuence their position in a proactive way in the value chain by directed choosing of their innovations and implementations. During this session, new concepts and techniques concerning the positioning of the company in the value chain are discussed and developed, with particular focus on value creation through products, services and processes.
